GRID-CONNECTED POWER SYSTEMS SYSTEM DESIGN GUIDELINES Assume that the minimum voltage window for an inverter is 140V. Recommended that a safety margin of 10% is used. Minimum inverter voltage of 1.1 x 140V = 154V should be used. The minimum number of modules in a string is = 154 / 26.6 = 5.79 rounded up to 6 modules
